2012 AF Prep Squad Agreement & Expectations
2012 Agreement and Expectations of AF Little League Prep Squad Cheerleaders
1. Cheerleaders must live within the boundaries of American Fork High School
2. Prior to trying out, each prospective cheerleader must provide the $25 tryout fee, Agreement and Expectation Form, Emergency, Waiver, Release Forms (try-out packet) signed by both the cheerleader and her parent/ guardian and a non returnable picture of themselves.
3. All cheerleaders will be divided by age groups.
4. Each squad will consist between 18-24+ cheerleaders. More or less will be considered determined by the try-out scores and the number of cheerleaders initially trying out. Please understand that cheerleaders are picked according to their scores.
5. All cheerleaders will be notified on our blog www.afprepsquad..blogspot.com if they made their team. We will post the results the evening of the same day the try-out. We will have a post try-out meeting. The meeting will be Thursday April 5th. They will be introduced to their new coach and parent representative. They will bay their first payment at this meeting. If you as a parent and cheerleader do not agree to the fees, please reconsider trying out.
Try-out fee: $25
Total Amount: $470
Breakdown:
Uniforms $180
Sweats and bags are additional items and are not mandatory
Participation fee: $165
Association fee, coaches, insurance, pictures, music, signs, games, posters, sound
System, supplies, etc.
Rec. Center fees: $125
Tumbling, stunting, stunt clinic
May- October 2 hr class one day a week
Payment schedule:
April 5th $165 Paid to AF Cheer
May 3rd $180 Paid directly to Varsity for uniforms
June 1st $125 Paid to AF Cheer
